Falayi Oluwafemi is a Nigerian entrepreneur and construction executive serving as Managing Director/CEO of GFEM Construction Nigeria Limited, a firm specializing in infrastructural design and large-scale public projects that improve community living and urban development.
Through GFEM, he partners with federal and state government agencies to execute durable, people-focused infrastructure, alongside private real estate developers and religious institutions across roads, drainage, hydraulic engineering, housing, and commercial construction.
A proud alumnus of the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Oluwafemi is passionate about redefining construction standards in Nigeria, promoting site efficiency, structural integrity, and architectural innovation.
His work has helped develop GFEM from drainage and earthworks contracts into a multidisciplinary civil engineering firm.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, he mentors young professionals in the built environment through internships, skill development, and leadership training.
