About Us
Who we are
GFEM Construction Nigeria Limited
GFEM Construction Nigeria Limited is a civil engineering and general contracting firm specializing in roads, drainage, hydraulic engineering, housing, commercial complexes, and factory construction.
The company has delivered projects for government agencies, parastatals, religious institutions, and private real estate developers across Nigeria, with a particular emphasis on transport-related infrastructure.
GFEM's operational capacity includes owned plant and equipment, shuttering material, workshop and laboratory facilities, qualified engineers, technicians, and skilled tradespeople. This structure supports project delivery, reduces dependence on rented equipment and external testing facilities, and gives the company greater control over execution and quality assurance.
Projects move through quality checks at each phase of execution. GFEM aims to build lasting relationships with clients through professional delivery, technical capability, and consistent attention to quality.

Vision
GFEM aims to be the contractor Nigerian developers and government agencies turn to when a project's foundation, drainage, or structural integrity cannot be allowed to fail.
Mission
We are dedicated to providing quality construction, technical, and management services built on safety, quality, and timely delivery. We treat every employee as a stakeholder in that outcome, involving our team directly in quality improvement so that responsiveness and cost-effective execution are shared responsibilities rather than management goals alone.

Our promise
Built on Ground That Holds.
Every project moves through quality checks at each phase of execution, not only at handover.
Core values and ethics
The principles that govern our work.
- 01
Integrity
We do the right thing whether or not anyone is watching. GFEM takes a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption, and preferential treatment.
- 02
Success
Success means strong outcomes for the people who invest in GFEM: shareholders, clients, and the communities its projects serve. The company builds long-term relationships through consistent delivery rather than over-promising.
- 03
Safety
GFEM promotes a culture in which every worker returns home safely at the end of each day. Safety is an essential part of site operations, not an optional consideration.
- 04
Teamwork
No project is delivered through one person's expertise alone. GFEM invests in its people through training, recognises performance, and holds team members accountable for their responsibilities.
